Shipping

All orders from Engelbrechts.com are sent as cargo. We ship by default in Denmark and all EU countries, but you are welcome to contact us on shop@engelbrechts.com if you want delivery to other countries.

Engelbrechts A/S will ship the order as soon as possible. Note that we do not send on holidays and vacations. Weekend bookings (Friday afternoon to Sunday) are handled the following weekday.

Delivery

Free delivery for purchases above EUR 135. We ship your order to your address within the EU.

Transport Damage

If the package is damaged upon delivery, please take a photo of the damage and send the photos with other relevant information to shop@engelbrechts.com. We will then assess the damage and further steps.
